Refund Policy
Teams and individual players may request a refund at any time
prior to the posted League/Tournament schedule confirmation or registration closing date.
All refunds are subject to a 10% admin fee, miniimum $25.00.
Teams or players are no longer eligible for refunds
following the posted League/Tournament schedule confirmation date.
ie. A team registers on November 25th.
The website states that the registration closes on December 20th.
The team may request a refund any time between November 25th and December 20th.
If a team/individual is no longer able to maintain their commitment
they may bring in a substitute team team or player.
Individuals will need to check with administration
as they may be required to substitute someone of the same sex.
This effort is up to the team or individual.
At no time or in any way is the organizer responsible for
the recruitment of substitute teams or players.
If for any reason the organizer cannot maintain there commitment
regarding games times, venue or costs.
Refunds may be requested without penalty.
