DODGEBALL STARTER KIT (Winter League)
**Note** All uniforms in the Winter League 2012
must have a 5-8" 1 to 2 digit number on both the front and back of the shirt.
Numbers must be in a standard font that can be recognized quickly at a distance by the referees.
DodgeballSport certainly welcomes you in being creative with your choice of team names.
Acceptable team names must meet the following criteria:
- Must be less than 25 Characters (spaces included)
- Cannot be sexually explicit in an overt manner
- Is not impudent or offensive to others (ie. racist or sexist)
The season schedule will be made up after the December 23rd closing date
or if the registration closes before that time.
At that point teams cannot change their team name.
Team captains are responsible for getting all players to fill out their online waivers .
Copy and paste the waiver link and forward it to your team members.
Opening night (Sept 19th) team captains must have their team roster filled in.
Game Officials will confirm team rosters to the online waivers completed.
Any player that has not filled out an online waiver will not
be allowed to play until the following League night after the online waiver has been submitted.
We will no longer carry paper waivers on opening night.
There will be no review of the rules for Pool A,
all rules and game instructions are posted on the RULES page.
For those teams returning to the League in the Fall 2012, the following rules will apply.
Potentially the top 4 teams from Pool B will be bumped into Pool A.
The bottom two teams from Pool A will be bumped into Pool B.
Teams that receive a sportsmanship score exceeding 60
will be awarded a loss of match score is substitution for a win score.
And will continue to receive a substitution in increments of 5, ie. 60 - 65 - 70....

Responsibilities of the team captain:
Get players to fill out online waivers.
Get all players to review and become familiar with the rules of the game.
Have team rosters filled out (must be legible) and confirm team members have submitted an online waiver.
